Buyer’s Specialist  Job Description

This person will assist those going through the home buying process including but not limited to: personal consultations, showing homes, writing and negotiating contracts, home inspections, and/or other related services.


  • This person is an effective communicator with peers, customers, and superiors both in written and verbal form.
  • Able to build a sense of trust and comfort for clients.
  • Has the ability to diffuse difficult, situations and resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Must have the ability to negotiate and mediate effectively on behalf of clients.


Listing Specialist Job Description

This position is responsible from the initial contact with client(s) when listing a property. This person will follow through with all responsibilities regarding the listing until it is sold. For Example, the Listing Specialist will: prepare listing packages, complete the listing contract, and initiate the closing process. Position is responsible for pricing strategy and educating the seller about the home selling process.  In addition, a listing specialist protects and negotiates on behalf of the sellers best interest.
